BAKER, SUSAN CAROL, 50, of St. Augustine, FL, died Thursday, August 12,  2004, at Samantha R. Wilson Care Center at Bayview in St. Augustine. A  native of Louisville, she operated concession stands at Churchill Downs.  She is survived by her son, Michael Edward DeVore of Louisville;  sisters, Anna Marie Polk of St. Augustine and <strong style="color: black; background-color: #a0ffff">Barbara</strong> <strong style="color: black; background-color: #99ff99">Jo</strong> <strong style="color: black; background-color: #ffff66">Kountz</strong> of Maryland;  and two grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Craig  Funeral Home in St. Augustine. Burial: St. Augustine Memorial Park  Cemetery.
